Ankur Ramola
Assistant Professor, Department of Dairy Technology
An Assistant Professor in the Department of Dairy Technology at Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences (SHUATS). Who completed his B.Tech in Food Technology in 2019 and went on to earn his M.Tech in Dairy Technology from SHUATS. Since joining the department in September 2022, he has been actively involved in teaching and academic mentoring. His areas of interest include dairy processing, product development, research in the relevant fields.
