Functions of QR-ARC :-
  • The Quick Reaction Anti Ragging Committee shall make frequent daily visits, especially in the discrete locations of the University campus and to address to all such complaints, conduct spot enquires without losing any time and simultaneously reporting the same to the Chairman Anti Ragging Cell.
  • To prevent the incidents of Ragging in any form in and around the University premises including Hostels, Play grounds, cafeteria and class rooms.
  • To act in the direction of maintaining harmony amongst the students with absolute no discrimination on the basis of age, gender, caste, religion, color etc.
  • To communicate the students about the ill effects of Ragging, its consequences and helpline centers information regularly using appropriate, creative and effective methods.

This committee works under the chairmanship of Dean, which consist of two members from each department and at least two female members in the Committee..

A Senior Student’s Squad (SSS) shall also be formed by all Heads of each Department for knowing/helping students’ problem. They directly report to Head of the Department for any such type of matter.
