  • Received prestigious Summer Research Fellowship-2014 by combined Academy of Sciences of India i.e. Indian National Science Academy (INSA), Indian Academy of Sciences (IAS), The National Academy of Sciences (NAS) as a Summer Research Fellow to work on project entitled “Microbial community structure of green cabbage head purchased from the local market of Pune” using techniques like DNA sequencer, MALDI-TOF,  FAME, DGGE  under the supervision of Dr. Yogesh Shouche (Scientist G) at National Center for Cell Science (NCCS), Pune, India from 01st April 2014 to 26th May 2014.
  • Obtained Financial Assistance under ITS scheme from SERB, Dept. of Science & Technology, India to attend the 7th International Conference on Genomics & Bio-IT APAC 2012 at Hong Kong, China from 28th Nov.-1st Dec., 2012.
  • Life member of “Association of Microbiologist of India (AMI)” (Membership no. AMI/LM312/2012).
  • Submitted 16S nucleotide sequences (partial) of ribosomal gene of forty eight bacteria and partial ITS region sequence of 09 fungal isolates to NCBI, GenBank, USA
