Er. Shanta Peter Jaswant is an Assistant Professor in the department of Dairy Technology , Warner College of Dairy Technology in Sam Higginbottom University of Agricultural Technology and Sciences. She has completed her B.Tech in Food Technology from Vaugh School Of Agricultural Engineering and Technology, AAI-DU in the year 2009. Thereafter she did her M.Tech in Food Technolgy (Food Quality Management) from  Vaugh School Of Agricultural Engineering and Technology, SHIATS in the year 2011. she has attended various ANtional and International Seminars, Conferences, Workshops Etc. She is teaching Food Technology and its allied subjects to the UG and PG students of B.Tech Dairy Technology, B.Sc Food Technology and M.Sc Food Technology and has a teaching experience of more than 10 years.
