Professional Summary

I have done my PhD in Electrical Engineering from SHUATS, Allahabad and MTech in Control & Instrumentation from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad. Presently working as Assistant professor since April 2010 at SHUATS, Allahabad. Having Teaching Experience of more than 13 years. I have published more than 30 papers in different journals in field of Control systems, Machine Design, Power System and Renewable Energy. My work area is majorly in Controls Systems and Renewable Energy.

I have teaching expertise in Optimal Control, Adaptive Control, Feedback Control, Parameter Estimation Techniques, Mathematical modeling, Simulation of System Processes via MATLAB and Renewable Energy

Projects

In field of renewable energy, I worked on solar energy projects and developed SOLAR TREE for customized lighting and PORTABLE SOLAR GENERATOR for generating electricity from Solar energy.

Teaching Experience

I started my teaching career as Lecturer in Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, United College of Engineering & Research, Allahabad (August 2004 – May 2005). Then I further extend my teaching as lecturer in Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Institute of Engineering & Technology, Resora, Sitapur (March 2007 – August 2008). In August 2008, I joined Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Shepherd School of Engineering & Technology, SHUATS, Allahabad as Guest lecturer and till date working as Associate Professor since April 2010.

1 PhD and 25 MTech Thesis has been completed under my supervision. Presently I am the Placement incharge and Industrial visit & training incharge of Electrical Department. I organized the 5 days workshop on Renewable energy and 15 days workshop on MATLAB simulation. I also conducted industrial visit at EMC Ltd, Allahabad for training in Solar Power Plant and SUKAM, Gurgaon for training in Transformer testing and winding.
