Dr.Sangeeta Shukla is Presently working as Assistant Professor in Department of Dairy Microbiology,at Warner College Of Dairy Technology SHUATS Prayagraj. She has completed her Graduation from Lucknow University and her Masters in Microbiology from Allahabad Agriculture Institute Deemed University, After this she has completed her Ph.D in Dairy Microbiology in year 2007 from Allahabad Agriculture Institute Deemed University, Allahabad. She is Life member of Indian Dairy Association, New Delhi. Dr. Shukla has attended various conferences/ seminars/symposium. Dr. Shukla has also published various articles in reputed Journals.

Area of Research Interest: In the area of dairy microbiology with special emphasis on self life assessment of fermented dairy products and value added products, Development of probiotic functional foods, Self life extention of Dairy Products, Screening and characterization of bacteriocins, application of LAB as food preservatives.
