Working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry. Consisting teaching experience of 19 years and experience in the field of research of 18 years. Completed master's in 1995 from Jiwaji University Gwalior and Ph-D from SHUATS, Prayagraj.

Dr. Heera Laxmi Jadon is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry SHUATS, Prayagraj since last 19 years. Dr. Jadon worked hard in her academic career and has elected as Joint Secretary of Society of Agricultural Professionals (SAP) in 2023. She presented many research papers in National and International Conferences/ Seminars. Dr. Jadon  honored by ‘president’s award’ from government of India in 1988 and  also awarded by the Governor of Madhya Pradesh in year 1988. She got “Science popularization award” in year 1989. Acknowledged by the title of Pratibhashali Bal Vigyani by Science Center Gwalior on the occasion of Science day in year 1989. Acknowledged with an “Appreciation award – 2012”  and “SAP Fellowship Award-2014”, for valuable services   for “The Society of Agricultural Professionals”, CSA ,University of Agriculture and Technology, Kanpur. She got Best Oral Presentation Award, in a workshop, organized by SBSRD, Prayagraj along with Zoological survey of India Kolkata, on Feb. 25th, 2018. Received Distinguished Service Award-2019 in a seven days national workshop organized by SBSRD, Prayagraj along with Bhartiya Gau Vigyan Sewa Samiti, Prayagraj, on December 20th - 26th, 2019. Got Nari Shakti Samman for the valuable services in the field of Physical Chemistry given by Society of Biological Sciences and Rural Development, Prayagraj on February 8th, 2021. Received PARYAVARAN MITRA PURASKAR- 2022 for outstanding Contribution in the field of protection of environment, on the occasion of 8th Gopal Pandey Memorial Lecture function on 27th July 2022
