  • Serving as a Associate professor and Head, Department of Forest products and utilization with a prime objective of promoting education, research and extension  of Forest product and Utilization and involved in developing the system for skill , Academic understanding for the Forest Non wood Resources, scientific harvesting and value addition of forest products in sustainable manner. To  develop the knowledge of entrepreneurship, community role and employment for local and forest dwellers . 
  • Served as Assistant professor ,  Sr. Grade(In charge, Department of  Silviculture),  emphasizes to developed well equiped laboratory as well To improved nursery  for multipurpose forest and fruit trees species
  • served in a capacity as Assistant professor give importance to basic kmowledge as well as practical application through class  room and reaserch field.
  • Worked as Senior Research Fellow in National Research Centre For Agroforestry, presently known as CAFRI Jhansi. During this period, worked on standardization of vegetative propagation of multipurpose tree species in semi arid area with the techniques related to propagation of plant material in nursery and changes occurring in the biochemical status of the stem cuttings  and the anatomical changes taking place during rooting of the stem cuttings.

  4. Worked as a Co PI  Project entitled “Charaterizeation of genetic variability & Yield improvement of Jatropha through intra population improvement & development of high yielding disease free commercial cultivar suited to low input farming condition of Allahabad & Eastern UP” funded By NOVOD.
