Professional Summary

Dr. Ritu Prakash Dubey completed her B. Sc. Home Economics in the year 1997, M.Sc. in Food Science and Applied Nutrition in the year 1999 and Ph.D in faculty of Science in the year 2003 from SHIATS, Allahabad.   Presently working as Professor in the Department of Food Nutrition and Public Health, Naini Agricultural Institute, Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences, Prayagraj since 2003.

She has 96 publications in various national and international journals and guided 65 M.Sc. Thesis as advisor and 24 as co-advisor. She has also guided 14 Ph.D. Thesis as advisor. She attended two Summer School/ Orientation program, International Conferrence-4,National Conferrence-5, International workshop-1,National workshop-8, national symposium-4,National seminar-14, International Training-1, National Trainning-5, Short Course-1,Radio Talk-2, Oral Presentation-10 and many  poster research papers at various National and International conferences, Seminars and Workshops.
