Professional Summary

Dr. Parvinder Kaur, has more than 20 years of industrial experience in Food procesing industry. She received her BTECH and MTECH in Food Process Technology from Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture Technology And Sciences, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India. She has qualified ICAR-NET in 2018. She has taught many of the undergraduate and postgraduation courses in many Universities and colleges as a Assistant processor in Food Technology. She has presented research papers in several International and National conferences, seminars, workshops and training. She is a reviewer and editorial board member of many journals. She has also in the publication of research articles, books and book’s chapter. Her area of specialization includes Honey caractrization and Starch extraction from different rizomes
