Professional Summary
Dr. Mohd. Ibrahim Khan completed his B. Pharm from Jamia Hamdard (Hamdard University), New Delhi, in 2012, followed by M. Pharm in Pharmacology from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Central University, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, in 2015. He earned his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology & Sciences (SHUATS), Allahabad (formerly Allahabad Agricultural Institute). In 2020, he was appointed as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at SIHAS–Faculty of Health Sciences, SHUATS, where he continues to serve. Dr. Khan has authored more than 10 research papers and book chapters published in reputed high-impact journals, with additional works currently under review. He is also supervising three doctoral students at present.

Dr. Mohd. Ibrahim Khan has over five years of teaching experience with a specialization in Pharmacology. He currently teaches Pharmacology as well as Human Anatomy and Physiology to B. Pharm, M. Pharm, and Ph.D. students in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Faculty of Health Sciences, SHUATS. He has also taught Pharmacology to students of B. Physiotherapy and B.Sc. Nursing within the same faculty. His research focuses on the development of novel experimental models for diabetes and the formulation of nanocarriers incorporating synthetic and natural compounds derived from indigenous medicinal plants. Additionally, he possesses expertise in molecular docking studies aimed at elucidating the potential mechanisms of action of isolated bioactive compounds.
