Professional Summary

Dedicated and research-oriented academic professional with over 9 years of teaching experience and 6 years of active research in Biotechnology and Molecular Biology. Currently serving as Assistant Professor at Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology & Sciences (SHUATS), Prayagraj, with a strong focus on the genetic architecture of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM), SNP validation in North Indian populations, and integration of machine learning approaches for disease risk prediction.

Experienced in both wet-lab and dry-lab methodologies, including molecular biology techniques, bioinformatics analysis, molecular docking, and predictive modeling. Demonstrated expertise in integrating genetic, clinical, and lifestyle data to develop interpretable, data-driven healthcare models.

Recipient of the NESA Young Researcher Award (2023) and multiple conference recognitions. Published author in peer-reviewed international journals with contributions in pharmacogenomics, diabetes genetics, and microbial sciences.
