20 years of rich experience in premier institutes and colleges in India and abroad in the field of academic delivery and administration with expousre to industry as well. Did my D.Phil from the University of Allahabad in the year 2007 and MBA from MONIRBA, Allahabad University in the year 2000. Having taught several academic programmes, MBA, BBA, B.COM and supervising Phd. research scholars in the area pf commerce and management. Publsihed more than 30 research papers in leading national and international journals of repute, developed case studies in management along with All India Management Association, (AIMA) edited and publsihed book in the area of customer relationship management. Have also participated in global immersion programme twice organised by NANYANG TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY (NTU) & Management Development Institute Singapore. Have conducted workshop for MSME on several occasions. Actively involved in all institution building activity related to admission and placements in the past.
