Dr. Bineeta Michael Bara completed B.Sc. Agriculture from Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyala, Raipur (Chhattisgarh); M.Sc. (Ag.) and Ph.D. in Seed Science and Technology from Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences (Formerly AAI-DU), Prayagraj. She worked as a Rural Agriculture Extension Officer (RAEO) in Senior Agriculture Development Office, Balod, Chhattisgarh and as a Senior Production Assistant in Chhattisgarh Rajya Beej Avam Krisi Vikas Nigam, Mahasamund, Chhattisgarh. She cleared ICAR(NET) Exam thrice and joined the Department of Genetics and Plant Breeding in 2016 as Assistant Professor. She is involved in conducting UG, PG classes and guiding research scholars at PG and Doctorate levels. She published 35 research articles in various journals of National and Journals of International reputation.
