Dr. Rama Nath Shukla is an Associate Professor in the Department of Processing and Food Engineering, SHUATS, Prayagraj. Dr. Shukla has conducted researches in Fluidized bed drying, pulse milling, developing the mathematical models for osmotic dehydration of fruits and vegetables and storage of various food products. He has cleared ICAR NET Examination. He has published more than seventy five research papers in International and National Journals and proceedings of National and International Conferences. Dr. Shukla also taught subjects related to Post Harvest Engineering, Food Process Engineering  and Food Plant Operation involved in food processing. Dr. Shukla focuses on research of Ph.D., M.Tech. and B.Tech. students in the areas of Post Harvest and Food process Engineering.,
