Professional Summary

Dr. Udaya P. Singh is working as Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, SIHAS at Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology & Sciences (SHUATS), India. He serves as Principal Investigator of Drug Design & Discovery Laboratory, SHUATS and received his PhD in collaboration with SHIATS, University of Allahabad (India) and University of Tartu (Estonia) on European Social Fund Archimedes Fellowship. He has authored more than 60 International research papers in collaboration with University of Minnesota, University of Florida (USA); KU, Leuven (Belgium) and University of Lisbon (Portugal) for the discovery of new drugs against Cancer, HIV and bacterial infections. He is currently running a project sponsored by Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India towards the discovery of new anti-HIV agent. He is a recipient of Early Career Chemist Award 2021, 2015 from American Chemical Society, USA; Innovation Academy Award Presentation from ICPIC, Switzerland; Young Investigator Award Presentation 2014 from European Society for Cystic Fibrosis, Pasteur Institute, Paris, France; Most Cited Article from Elsevier, Netherlands together with more than 30 International awards from Estonia, France, Switzerland, South Africa, China, HongKong, Taiwan, Canada, USA and Mexico.
