Professional Summary

Aftab is an Agricultural Engineer with 19 years of experience in teaching and research. He holds a PhD degree from the prestigious G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology. He has been working in SHUATS as a Professor finds his research interests in groundwater modelling, estimating/analyzing conjunctive use of surface and ground water as well as in optimization of cropping pattern. In addition to teaching and research, Aftab has also served in the various administrative committees in SHUATS including the Proctorial Board and Security Committee.
