Dr. Jain graduated in Agriculture (B.Sc.Ag.) form Allahabad Agricultural Institute, Allahabad. He pursued Master of Science in Biotechnology in 2003, Master of Technology in Information Technology (Specialization in Bioinformatics) from Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Allahabad. He has completed his Master of Philosophy in Biotechnology in 2008 from CDLU, Sirsa and Doctor of Philosophy in Bioinformatics from SHIATS in 2014.He also pursued Bachelor of Law (L.L.B.) from VBSPU,Jaunpur in 2010.
